SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

When you purchase a subscription from FilterFlow, your subscription will automatically renew based on the delivery frequency selected at checkout until canceled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal. To avoid being charged for your next scheduled order, cancellations must be made before the next billing date.

Once an order has been processed, charged, or shipped, that order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. Cancellation will apply only to future recurring orders.

Customers may update their delivery frequency, shipping address, and payment method through their customer account portal at any time before the next billing date.

FilterFlow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel subscription services at its sole discretion.
