Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders within the continental United States unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. FilterFlow is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
