RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of HVAC air filters, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been delivered as ordered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at vendingbuzzfl@gmail.com

To help us resolve the issue, please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement product or refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
